How to take part

1. Order your free Pay & Go footy sim Grab them here by 24 Sep 2010 and there are only 65,000 available. The sooner you order, the more matches you’ll have to choose from. Sims are limited to four per household.
2. Top up £10 or more Call 4444, go to o2.co.uk/topup or visit any retailer with a green top up logo.
3. Text CASH to 66102 and we’ll text you a code Make sure you text from your footy sim. Keep it safe as you’ll need it later to claim your reward. UK texts to 66102 are free.
4. Visit o2goals.co.uk and input your code Then go through to the data capture screen and fill in your details. Remember the name you input here will be the name on the cheque so make sure it’s spelt correctly as you won’t be able to change it.
5. Pick your match Pick any English or Scottish top-flight football team and any league game available to your team between 11 Sep – 3 Oct 2010. Then sit back and watch the goals fly in!
6. Claim from 4 Oct Come back to o2goals.co.uk from Oct 4 and login using your original code. Print out and complete the claim form and post it to “O2 Football Promotion” Dept 5867, PO Box 99, Aylesbury, Bucks HP19 8RR. We must receive your claim form no later than 13 Oct 2010.
7. Cash in We’ll send you a cheque within 28 days for you to pay into your account.
