What is the promotion?
It’s not too good to be true. We really are giving you the chance to get £10 cash
for every goal your chosen team scores in a fixture you select.
All you need to do is order a free Pay & Go footy sim,
top up with £10 or more and text CASH to 66102. Then we’ll text you a code which
you input at o2goals.co.uk. Choose a league (English or Scottish top flight), team
and a match fixture too and you’ll be eligible for £10 cash for every goal your
chosen team scores in that fixture. Pick a 6-0 thrashing and you’ll be £50 in profit!
Although you can pick any league fixture between 11 Sep and 3 Oct 2010, we’d advise
getting in there early and registering well in advance so there’s no panic on the
day of the game. Remember that if you miss kick-off, you won’t be able to register
for that game.
Then, from 4 Oct you must revisit o2goals.co.uk, login using the code we sent you,
print off and complete your downloadable claim form. Post it to us, making sure
we receive it by 13 October 2010 at the latest.

Is there an age restriction to enter the promotion?
You have to be aged 16 or over and live in the UK to enter.
When can I get a Pay & Go Footy sim?
You can request your sim from 1 September 2010. The closing date for sim requests
is 24 September 2010.
How do I get a Pay & Go Footy sim?
Grab your free sim here. This is a limited offer so get your sim whilst
stocks last.
How much do I need to top up?
You need to top up your Pay & Go Footy sim with a minimum of £10 in order to take
part. However, if you top up £15 or more you will receive extra benefits on most
tariffs. E.g. Unlimited UK O2-to-O2 calls and texts on O2 Unlimited (versus Unlimited
texts with a £10 top up).
I’ve changed (ported) my phone number, can I still take part?
You need to top up your Pay & Go Footy sim with a minimum of £10 in order to take

What teams can I choose from?
You can choose a team from either the English or Scottish top flight leagues. All
available teams are listed in a drop-down menu for you to select when you register
on o2goals.co.uk.
Which match fixtures can I choose from?
You can choose any fixture between 11 September and 3 October 2010. All available
fixtures are listed in a drop-down menu for you to select when you register on o2goals.co.uk.
Remember that if you miss kick-off, you won’t be able to register for that game
so we advise registering well in advance to avoid disappointment.
What if my game is cancelled?
If your game is cancelled you will be notified by text and/or email. We will reset
your registration and you will need to use your original code to and re-enter your
details to choose a new team and match.
How do I find out how much I get?
Revisit o2goals.co.uk from 4 Oct 2010, login using the code we sent you and download
your printable claim form which states how much your total reward will be.

Hurry, the earlier you register, the more fixtures you can choose from. Registration
opens 1 Sep for matches 11 Sep – 3 Oct 2010.
Am I charged for any text messages I send to 66102?
No, there is no charge for any of the messages you send to 66102 as part of this
promotion. However; you may be able to enter when roaming outside the UK. Please
note that if you enter from outside the UK, foreign network operator charges may
apply.
Am I charged for any text messages which I receive?
No, there is no charge for any of the messages we send to you as part of this promotion.
How many times can I register? (updated 3 Sep)
A maximum of 4 Pay & Go football sims can be registered per household. Each registration code will only work once.
I haven’t received my code, what do I do?
If you haven’t received a text message from O2 containing your code, try texting
CASH to 66102 again. Make sure your phone has network coverage and you are in the
UK.
I got a text message, but it told me that I’m not part of the promotion.
You must text CASH to 66102 from your Pay & Go Footy sim sim. Messages sent from
other phone numbers will not be recognized by the system.
If you have changed the phone number of your Pay & Go Footy sim before texting CASH
to 66102, your Pay & Go Footy sim will not be recognised as part of the promotion.
However, you can email helpme@bluechipmarketing.co.uk with your full name, the phone
number of your promotional sim and your new phone number and we will send you a
registration code once we have confirmed your details. Please note this process
may cause a significant delay in the registration process so we would strongly advise
you not to change the phone number of the promotional sim until after you have received
your registration code.
My code isn’t working, what do I do?
Your code will be sent to your new Pay & Go Footy sim via text. If you get an error
message from o2goals.co.uk, it’s likely that you’ve entered the code wrongly or
you have already entered the code at the website. If you are still having problems
using your code, you can email us at helpme@bluechipmarketing.co.uk. Please
make sure you include your registered name, code and the phone number it was sent
to.
I’ve lost/forgotten my code, how can I get another one?
Simply text CASH to 66102 from your Pay & Go Footy sim and you’ll automatically
be re-sent you your old code.
Can I register after the 1 September?
Yes, you can register your sim at o2goals.co.uk at any time between 1 September
and up to the kick off time of your chosen team and fixture occurring on or before
3 October 2010, but only goals scored after the sim is registered and during your
chosen fixture will be counted towards your final reward total.
I’m not sure if I have registered successfully, how can I check?
If you saw a 'Thanks for registering' screen, you are definitely registered. You
will also receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive this email, please
check your spam/junk folders. If you believe you have registered correctly but have
still not received a confirmation email, contact helpme@bluechipmarketing.co.uk outlining
your problem.
How to Claim
How do I claim?
Revisit o2goals.co.uk from 4 Oct 2010, login (using your registration code) print
off, complete and send the downloadable claim form to “O2 Football Promotion”, Dept
5867, PO Box 99, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8RR. Make sure it gets to us by 13 October
2010 at the latest and we’ll send you back your reward. Note: Your reward will be
sent to you as a cheque.
What can I get?
Your reward shall be calculated on the basis of £10 for each goal scored by your
chosen team in the fixture you select. Only officially recorded goals will count
towards your total reward. Disallowed goals and own goals scored by a player on
your selected team in favour of the opposition are excluded.
How will I get my reward?
The amount you earn will be provided as a cheque.
I sent off my claim form but haven't received my cheque yet?
If you have waited 28 days and not received your cheque, you can call our O2 Goals
Cheque Helpline on 01296 717955 to check the progress of your claim (charged at
standard rate). Please note this number is only for cheque queries.
Free O2 Pay & Go Footy Sim
Can I choose the tariff of my free Pay & Go Footy sim?
The promotion runs across O2 Unlimited, Text & Web, Simplicity and Your Country
tariffs. There’s something for everyone - if you’re a caller, a texter, or browse
online a lot.
When will my sim arrive?
We’ll process your order as quickly as we can and we will aim to get your sim to
you within 7 days. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
What do I do when I get my sim?
Insert your O2 sim into your phone and then top up to start using your phone. To
top up, call 4444 for free from your mobile or top up here. Have your Debit/Credit
card number ready and follow the simple step-by-step instructions. Remember, to
participate in the promotion you’ll need to top up a minimum of £10. After you top
up, text CASH to 66102 and follow the simple instructions in the text message we
send you.
What do I do if the sim doesn’t work in my phone?
If the O2 sim doesn’t work, your phone may need to be unlocked to allow access to
all networks if it is not already an O2 phone. This can be done at many high street
independent phone retailers.
